While we were in MN, we went to a couple of beaches, played miniature golf, went to the Mall Of America, had camp fires just about every Saturday night and went to the campground pool (it was nice, indoor too). It sounds so easy to just throw it all into words in one sentence. We had a lot of fun. It was great having cookouts every night. Our kitchen table was the picnic table out the camper door. It was interesting to meet people that stayed at the campground. Retired couples that sold their houses and bought beautiful RV's to travel.
We had to go to the Mall Of America, just to see what it was like. It was awesome! The Shark Adventure Aquarium was the best!! We all had the chance to pet a shark and a sting ray. How cool is that!! When you walk through it, you're in a tunnel where the sharks and fish can swim around you. It was so neat.
Once we left the Shark Adventure, we went out and about shopping. "R" and "T" did their shopping right off the bat. First store was the LEGO store. They loved it and decided that's what they want their bedroom to look like. "L" was in heaven. There were so many stores it was hard to choose which one to go in first! I think her favorite stores were the shoe stores, go figure.
Once we were completely done with our shopping, we were worn out and hungry. My brother guided us to Famous Daves. WOW! That was one huge and amazing lunch! After that, we were happy to be on the fourth floor of the mall so that we could walk a some of our lunch off.
We had a lot of fun at the local beaches once we found them. It was hard to find beaches but we knew they were there. In the state with 10,000 lakes, we knew there had to be public access to at least some of them. We found 2, the one on the right was the favorite.

"E" learned that you have to be cool to go out with "Uncle"! I think he did a good job of pulling that off.All was well being in Minnesota until we got the call. My brother received a call that sent him to a southern state and sent us to a new area of Minnesota. We moved over to Waconia, MN. We were testing the hotel life now. We stayed at the hotel for about 5 days and then went home for about 5 days.
