HumV agreed, on his own and out of the blue, to send H1 back to public school. YAY!!!!!!! He said she needs it. UH YES!! The same offer was given to the boys, but they would rather be homeschooled. I'm ok with that, they don't give me the hassle that H1 does. She's a social butterfly.
We went yesterday to get her set up with her own checking account. We also went to the license branch to get her an ID. She is now hooked up with her own checkbook and her own ATM card. This is part of her schooling and growing up at the same time. What better way to learn than to actually do it. HumV and I have full access to her account too, online and if we need to call the bank.
She is one HAPPY girl!! A checking account with checkbook and her OWN ATM card and an ID (for writing checks and safety) and getting to go back to public schools(soon)!? WOW! What a day.

It's bitter sweet for everyone I am sure. Growing up, spreading her wings, with all that freedom comes responsibility. I know that she will do well. How exciting for her & you all to see her excel in life.
