It's My Turn

Seeing how I am 'always' 'embarrassing' (from the children of course) our children by posting pictures of them. I figured I would take my turn, to be fair to them. They really do not like their pictures on the blog. Oh well. I always tell them that it's for grandpa and our family and friends, so that they can keep up with them. That is after all why we blog.
Today is my birthday. So, to take my turn at the 'embarrassment' of the blog, I will show just a few pictures of me growing up. I hope you enjoy.
The first picture is me on my birthday many years ago. Ok, only 26 years ago.
The second photo is my sister and I. Although it could pass as her daughter and my H1. Just about. Are you loving our jumpsuits!?! (I'm the one in yellow.)
The picture below on the left is my first day of school (I'm on the left). My sister on the right, of course, that dress one hand me down she can keep and the shoes!! The picture on the right is me as a Junior in high school. Softball was one of my two favorite sports, volleyball was my other. The last picture was one of my Senior pictures.

I am afraid to undo my baby photo album in fear that it will fall apart. So these pictures will have to do for now. I know they aren't of me at young-young ages. But maybe I can find some more and share them on a Wordless Wednesday or something. I'm sure you would all love to see the picture of me in my little seat with a big red bow under the Christmas tree only 10 days old. Maybe another time. I really didn't have a lot of time to put this together. Like I said maybe Wordless Wednesday.

Have a wonderful Monday!!

I totally remember you at this age (well, except the really young ones). I love your senior pic--it's not one of those terribly dates ones like you sometimes see. What a great idea to bring out some of the memory shots! :-)

Happy birthday!
