10

I have figured out the age of which children quit doing things on their own. 10! Yes, it started out with H1, she "forgot" how to do A LOT of things around that age. Now, H2 is following in her footsteps. Ugh. I'm still waiting for H1's memory to come back to her, now H2's.

We had a wonderful time over the weekend with HumV. It was sad to send him off, but we'll see him again on Saturday. Over the weekend there was a lot of this. . .
snuggling, hugging, and smiles!

H1 is doing good. She was just showing me this morning that she can point her toes, stand and balance on her foot with no problems and jump and land just fine. Yes, well, I'm no doctor, but the way she turned and walked away (and wouldn't look at me) just convinced me completely. She decorated her boot, it was too blah and plain for her before. Guess she figured if she was going to have to wear it, it was at least gonna look good. ;) She also had a few friends sign it, just for fun.
She's ready to get back to track. And she's definitely ready to be done with the boot!

Super cute picture of H4. His hair is getting so long and curly. Cute.
Oh no, we are coming up on 10 in some months. I hope that doesn't happen here...oh wait, it already has at 7 & 9 LOL
Glad her foot is healing fine. I am sure she is ready for the boot to be gone.

I agree with the 10!!! 3 or my 4 kids lost their memory at 10 but it does come back if thats any help :) LOL...... I'm so happy to hear "her" ankle is better. I typed this 3 times and had to redo it without using her name (sorry).....We were going to stop by when we were in Indy but time got away from us and we had to get back for a dinner. We come back on the 6th we may stop by then. I will call!!!!

Wow! Thank you for validating what I am experiencing. My 2 are 10 and 11 and I have been wondering what the heck has been happening to their routines!!!!!!!!!
